Terms of use
Last updated: 7 September 2026
By playing Pintdle or submitting a drink, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
The game
Pintdle is a free game provided for entertainment. It's offered as-is, with no guarantee that it will always be available, that a puzzle will always be ready, or that scores and streaks will never be lost. Puzzles, scores and features can change at any time.
Fair play
Play the game as intended. Don't use scripts, bots or other automated tools, don't try to read answers early or manipulate the vote, and don't attempt to disrupt the site or other players. Accounts, devices or networks that break these rules can be blocked.
Drinks you submit
When you submit a drink you confirm that you took the photo yourself, or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or show private information about other people. You keep ownership of your photo. You grant Pintdle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store it, resize it and display it within the game and its promotion, for as long as the drink is in use.
Every submission is reviewed, and anything that isn't a genuine bar drink, or that breaks these terms, is turned down. Pintdle can remove any submission at any time.
Pintdle's own content
The Pintdle name, look and puzzle format belong to the project. You're welcome to share your result grid and link to the site. Please don't copy the game wholesale or pass it off as your own.
Liability
Prices and venues shown in the game are supplied by players and may be wrong or out of date. Pintdle isn't responsible for anything that happens as a result of relying on the game, to the extent the law allows.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If the terms change, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
